Had a patrol where I sank a Shokaku Class CV and 3 decent merchants (different attacks/encounters). Underwent a depth charging that took me over 2 hours to evade. 500 Miles from Perth, Mr CTD. And I hadn't saved the game since I left port
![]() Now I always save after a major encounter. And I haven't had another CTD either. Sure would lke to get that CV back ![]() Cheers!

before you play sh4 go to "start/ control panel/ internet options" and delete all temperary files and stuff so you dont run out of memory space which will force a memory dump and ctd. it only deletes temperary files, cookies. and remembered passwords so your not really deleting anything you need.

And/or use AlacrityPC and/or CCleaner to recover memory.
My memory goes from 35% free to to over 90% free with these. I also have memory problems if I use nHancer.
