Ranker, you're right about one thing. The thread you posted in for some reason has been short-circuited for quite some time now and is mostly full of irrelevant conversation unrelated to its original purpose. That's why I never visit there, and I'll bet that most who help the newbies around here don't visit it either.

Please visit the Submarine Skippers' Bag of Tricks thread and search around for specific threads about various problems. This game has a vertical learning curve, and like I said, when you start, you can't even formulate a decent question to get the answer you need. You end up asking the wrong question and not getting the nelp you need. That's what I was trying to say. With more experience will come more focused questions and better answers.

Don't get frustrated. It gets better and better!
