Yes, most things don't change. And what does change is either accounted for by the 'mechanics' when you turn the scopes (AOB and bearing ) or doesn't influence all that much (Range).

Convoy speed and course is the same for all targets. (until you are discovered) Speed is the most important, so make sure it is accurate. Since turning the scope automatically updates the AOB dial by the same amount of degrees (if the TDC knob is on AUTO-update), whatever is under your targeting line will be considered to have the same course. Just don't turn the uboot as it corrupts this setting. Locking isn't needed when you fire.

Range is different for each target, but has limmited effect on the accuracy. Firing 90 degrees across the convoys course and waiting for the gyro angle to near 0 effectively eliminates its influence. If you know the structure of the convoy, and where the target is located in it, you can roughly increase the range with collumn/row widths as needed. And then allows you to fire with bigger gyro angles (torpedo turns farther away from bow/aft tubes) with reasonable accuracy.

The other settings like torpedo depth and speed are different for each target but can be preset well before the shooting begins.
