The values you want are in the submarine_name.sim and the submarine_name.upc (or for German subs the upcge) in the submarine folder.

In the sim file the extra torpedo storage is called rooms (fore and aft) in the upc file it is called bunkers, keep the quantity the same in both files.

one note, if your trying for quicker reloads there is only soo much you can do because the open doors and fire times are stuck at a certain limit between them but there is room to adjust if you keep that in mind
