Yes, Finucan expained it a bit better. I was trying to explain that with the picture example. It will give a warning but you can ignore it, it will not affect the game as long as they are supposed to work together. Like he said it just means the file has already been changed BUT the person that wrote the second MOD knows that and set up his mod so it would work.

Like my exampe about me putting in a base in Darwin and you put one in Sydney. If you know that and also put Darwin in your mod then you will still get the warning but the files will work because you added Darwin to your MOD, so all the Darwin mission in my mod will work. So you set up your MOD so it would work with mine.
