WELCOME ABOARD!
 For the voices, you can download an audio editor such as Goldwave www.goldwave.com, or you can download one of the mods that changes the voice files and just use the correct voice files if you don't like the whole mod. Philipp Thomsen's sound mod is popular. I like the Das Boot Sound Mod. Both are available at www.bts-mods.com. The little screen thing is called the Event Camera. Simply click it off in Realism Options.
