Alienware is nothing to write home about. Same stuff, same innards at an inflated price.

Ailenware is not even ailenware. Its just a name that has carried on from the good old days.

I actually bought an Ailenware machine when they were run by a few guys in a workshop and was really ailenware. The video card fried within a month, they dident have a direct replacement so they sent me the next model upgrade no charge, then that one fried. They sent me ANOTHER upgraded card.

It was a fine machine and a hell of a performer in its day. Alas now it sits in a closet.

But if you want a 'real' computer get in touch with these guys...

I've herd that Alienware has change lately. Not the same crew that used to make uber cool systems. Oh well...

Shame they're no different than any other name brand today. I used to like them...
