You mean like this?
![]() ![]() I did it long ago but I can't remember right now if it was for the 5000 or the 13km scale (I think it was the first one)...

yes , you have write on it that it is for 5km scale .i don't know if the ruler is acurate at this scale ,have to check it . is this an image directly printed on navmap?

The image is actually in the StrTactlMap.tga, same as someone did before with the nomograph. You need the new tga I created in order to have it in the game.
Here you have it: http://www.mediafire.com/?sharekey=2...21d66e282a0ee8 But since I haven't written any tutorial I will not consider it an official release yet, nor upload it to my File Front page. I simply forward it to you or anyone interested for playing around, including in your own mod or whatever as long as it remains free. Have fun ![]()

I know the ruler is more accurate at the 500 m scale, but then any ship plotted at a decent distance will be OUT of the map you see at that zoom
![]() Remember that plotting is something not done at close ranges -you don't have time for that- but works best instead at more than 5000 metres. Also, forget Wazoo's tutorial's pin-point accurancy at distances, allowing you to get course and speed with just two measurements. That is not the general rule, nor was it what real kaleuns managed to do. Instead, as explained on my tutorial, it's the AVERAGE of the movement what shows the best results. Good hunting ![]()
