I think you have problems with one of your mods .
Do you use SH3Commander 3.2 and JSGME ( Generic mod enabler )
If you don't have them , download them as soon as you can .
but if you have them both , do as follow :

* Disable all of your mods with JSGME
* And after that , enable one mod at a time , step by step .
* It can be you're not enable them in right order

If not , I'm sure there's other who can help you
