[Pre-Rel]GUPPY Submarine

I am working on a GUPPY-submarine (it is just the GUPPY I for now)
it seems to be ready to go, but for some strange reason, it CTD's when i try to load up a mission or campaign (yes, the campaign is working)

--i have uploaded the mod i have so far onto my FF page--
here are the problems
-there are probably various typos in the .upc files, i hunted for all of the bugs, but it still crashes
-I'm afraid the tower may not be working in game, it shows up in S3d, but i dont know if it will work.
-Included is the .obj files i used to make the tower and all of the modified CT files.
-it should be ready to go when the loading problem is solved

I hope someone out there knows what is wrong and can fix it, as long as my name is included in the credits, you can use it in any of your mods.
