Well, where are those values to be found?

Data\Menu\MouseCurs\ Mouse Cfg file

That's weird. The only numbers I have in that file are cursor offsets (coordinates of the cursor point in the image). Nothing that conceivably make lines more darker. Maybe this is an effect of stretching/compressing due to screen resolution.
