Photofiltre does the transparency (transparence color) very easily

My first one that I experimented with.
I call it "Eyes of ShadowMan"

Btw I made the inside part of the eyes white but it shows transparent in-game. How to fix this?

The first pixel (upper left corner) of the TGA defines the colour to be shown transparent. In your case it is "white".

You should be able to solve your problem now.

i want to put the coat of arms of my town on my sub as an emblem. i got tit from wiki as jpeg, and then resaved it as tga. is this the correct way to do it. also, where do i install the tga file so i can choose it from the list in game.

You will also need to make the background transparent if you don't want it to be seen as a square on the side of the tower.
