Jay; If you JSGME RL_E then yes it will replace your existing file in GWX.

If you do a manual install, or copy RL_E's 11,000+ lines into the games file then you'll wind up with duplicate city. But it sounds like your familiar with how to easily edit the file.

Depending on how you did your search - some messages may have a different header, or lead in so to say. Maybe even a typo.

I'm still on 2.1, carrer in the Med looking for these mysterious uber DE's. Although I'll admit, by mid `44 they are getting to be an annoyance.
