Default silent 3ditor and sdl file

I have always had a problem with the near silence of the hull as the boat goes deeper under water. Even the most ship shape hull groaned as it descended to deeper waters, but in silent hunter 4 all I hear is the usual creaks.

I was looking in the SDL. file for the sound folder, for creaks and found none. Are the hull triggers located elsewhere in the game, perhaps in the submarine file itself.

Why is the game so silent in this area, it is a real immersion killer, and sometime player character killer due to the lack of feed back from the hull when diving deep

Hi pythos.

The triggers located i.e in the Interior/Gato_CR.dsd , Gato_CT.dsd files.
In default SH4 there only 1 entry in the CR & CT.dsd files, but TMO_1.63 has many entrys. Maybe there is the probleme. I`ve found there many SoundSource entrys with identical Nodes_ID`s. I think they all has to change.

regards.

I just looked at the CR DSD and CT dsd, and just found stuff labeled 'sound source", this helps not in the least bit. I don't know what sounds I am working with.

I guess I am in need of more help here.
