Yes, your right. I noticed this with two different bearing tools. It does seem like it should be a simple thing to fix, but if it were it seems someone would have done it by now.

just noticed something about this bug, it only occurs after a RIGHT RUDDER adjustment!
![]() so, of you need the 0-degree mark to line up with "true zero" you need to give a touch of left rudder and then return to course... you can also see that the bearing-plot zero axis matches the attack map course given for a zero gyro angle torpedo track....i don't know what this implies for long range shooting, but it might be off enough to affect some methods of targeting?? :hmm: |
