Just finished reading 10+ pages about this on another forum and the general consensus is that the only thing acceptable to PETA for us to eat is Soylent Green

PETA and all other animal right's groups don't seem to understand that us humans are obviously omnivorous, and it makes no sense to be vegetarian. They also have an unnerving ability to disregard the fact that even the most bloody of slaughters are comparatively mild to lions eating a gazelle live.

I used to like PETA, but then they got EXTREMELY radical. That's when I stopped supporting them...

if they want to protest the eating of fish fine, but when they start trying to use our children...that's where I draw the line

here's what they're feeding our kids...and It ain't animals!!

like here: http://www.petakids.com/

and I quote from the kids section:

"The Health Benefits of a Vegan Diet Eating animals is bad for human health. Many diseases and conditions, including heart attacks, strokes, cancer, diabetes, and obesity, have been directly linked to diets that include animals and animal products. Click here for more information."

even better:
http://www.petaliterature.com/prodin...?number=STU118 *
*this was found in the "for educators" section under "6-12 grades"

of better yet lets send our kids out on "missions"
http://www.petakids.com/thanksgiving08-mission.asp

or let them Graffiti all over the place!!!
http://www.petakids.com/stencils.html

and the Piece de' resistance!!! (it's a PDF)

Adult Swim just ran something up about this whole "sea kittens" campaign...

I'll move first to petitioning the eating and killing of land kittens.
