verify that you have no other boat installed : in the updatage\UPCUnitsData you'll find the UnitParts3Kaidai3b file replace the 3 with the next number after your other installed subs.

since there are normally only 2 subs (XVIII and IXD2) mine is number 3.

Edit: Button depression fixed, found a 0 where it didn't belong
Both rear tubes fire with the lights, both tubes are Aft I and Aft II, they say "Firing tube 7,sir" and "Firing tube 8,sir". And they actually come out of the rear tubes

Needs some more work because V and VI are not rear tubes. Trying for a solution that won't mess up the other Japanese subs. But for now it is workable.

Just finished the UZO section with 8 tubes.
