Setting up hot keys

I recall that GWX had a key command that I want to set up for SH4.

Specifically: Set Time compression = x1

I was hoping to use Number pad-enter.

Can anyone tell me how this is done?

You didn't mention if you're running a mod or not.
I can't remember if this worked with the 'stock' version of the game but SHIV with TMO, the backspace key immediately takes you to TC = 1, in SHIII/GWX 2.0 the backspace key will immediately pause the game but pressing it again gives you 'normal' time.
