South California seems to have at least one town full of some obscure country's people.

Apart from San Francisco, I don't think North Cal has any.

hi. i can't find this WARSHIP mod. i am dying to see what it is. am i getting it right, you have made a mod in SH3 in which it's possible for the player to MAN surface vessels like cruisers?

I would love to try the mod out but i can't find the right translator software. I even tried the IE and Firefox built in and still no clue on the site. can you just supply the dl link.
