The biggest problem with doing a patch in JSGME format
is that you can't delete whole folders. (hint, hint ![]() So I'd spend as much time writeing single file deletes for JSGME as I would doing a whole installer. Part of the update involves the removel of unused things now in 2.1 And, as I go through more files? I can lop off even more of the loading time. So if the load time from 2.1 to 3.0 saved you 2 minutes? I estimate another 2 to 3 minutes could be cut out. |

:hmm: Nothing was changed to make it harder that I'm aware of. It's mainly a consolidation of things with a few twists thrown in. Then gently blended with some optimizations. Shaken, not stirred! Mind you. ![]() |
