  A 1920 japanese book on submarines, looks like a minelayer to me ! good blueprint ? [edit] just won it on ebay  I hope the blueprint is good enough to make the sub, but I thought minelaying subs also had torpedo tubes ?btw if anyone can help translating the text and captions... thanks, keltos
