The company that owns the satellite you're looking for might have pointing table. I know INMARSAT has them - I have copies, but I doubt that's what you're looking for :-D
They're essentially tables you enter with your geographical coordinate, and exit with azimuth and elevation. They exist in chart form as well, I think. As for a satellite program, it would be extremely easy to do (Most comm satellites are geo-stationnary, after all) but I've never heard of one. |
