"Start in" I don't know for sure, but would normally be the (Sh3Gen) application folder itself. I don't know how you should handle multiple installations of Sh3Gen. But I think you don't need to if you don't mind manually searching your savegames. Maybe GlobalExplorer (the guy that wrote Sh3Gen) can tell you more how to make/manage dual installs of Sh3Gen. Or did I misunderstand you on that?

Thanks Pisces. Yes I have three installs: The regular SH3 heavily modded, TWX and GWX2 so there are three saved games in "My Documents"

Maybe I need three SH3Gen, but I remember before my computer crashed (hard drive corruption and had to pay $4,000 to get all the data off it) I used only 1 SH3Gen and would use it for all 3 saved games. Don't remember how I did it though.
