SH5 Mod questions

Hey guys, i'm a long time fan of SH series but just getting into SH5 after a 2 year break from Subsims, I was hoping some of you veteran moded players can help me put together a nice modlist?

I've been away since SH3, So im working the vanilla campaign with some easy mode stuff on just as to get back into the swing of things. However, When i finish up I'll be looking to get into this seriously and I'm looking for a Modlist to add more realism, Authenticity (and any nice effects would be appreciated too)

Key things i want for my 2nd time round;
-Manual TDC only (I would really love if theres something that brings back the Dial interface?)
-Crew Abilities addressed (your crew can improve but no god mode stuff like total revealing and show hidden ships)
-Ship Damage model adressed (right now it seems very inconsistent hitting the same ship at the same range in the same spot doesn't necessarily do the same damage)
-Damage effects like listing etc.
-more dynamic campaign (It seems OHII is good for this?)
