Default World at War "Wolfpack" (1939-1943)

I found this videos on youtube (they where uploaded just today), great documentary about the u-boat war, has a interview with some U-boat commanders that survived the war & Karl Donitz.

Good episode and great series overall. Probably the best WWII documentary ever made IMO.

Looks at the human side of the war very well in addition to the history, plus some great footage.

I remember watching the series in 1973(can't recall if that was the initial release or not ). I was 8 yo. Probably the one thing that got me hooked on WWII history.

Bought the whole series on VHS about 20 years ago.

Bought the whole series on VHS about 20 years ago.
So did I; great. However on viewing Victory at Sea again, I was disappointed.

Outstanding documenrary about The Battle of the Atlantic, and i remember to see this on tv when i was a boy...long time a go!
