Need Help with Ship-converting

Hello Captains,

iam working on converting SH3-Ships to SH4 and normaly i got no problem with them.

The Nelson is done :

Other ships work also fine but with one ship i got my problems.
Unfortunally it is one of my own build ships for SH3

It didnt wear any skin
It should wear a Red Cross skin.
All other things like the flag, the new country "Red Cross", Recmanual and Sil-files work fine.
Did anybody know a way to make it run ?
Who can help ?
