Because of the way you post. Yes, it's obvious, but you don't seem to see it.

Okay now for the 4th time -.- Here is the topics of discussion. Right wingers could discuss this too talking about people starting their own businesses ect. after the transition... If they want idc http://socialistworker.org/2011/02/2...tian-socialist What strategic alliances can the Egyptian working class make during this "transition"? How strong is the socialist party, and what influence did it play during the brief revolution? How should other political parties play a role in shaping Egypt new government/economy without collaboration with corrupt institutions? What are your thoughts on the Mubarak regime?

Dude, seriously, if you can't tolerate a dissenting opinion or facts that don't support your ideology on a lousy internet forum, what are you gonna do in your workers' paradise where everyone is free to express him/herself without fear of oppression from the capitalist elite? Do you really think that everybody is gonna magically agree with you then and start accepting the party line as rock-solid gospel? It doesn't work that way and never has. |

What strategic alliances can the Egyptian working class make during this "transition"? Not with Islamic parties unless they want to end up like in Iran. Are there any trade unions in Egypt? How strong is the socialist party, and what influence did it play during the brief revolution? No idea, this was pretty chaotic, pretty sure the most important institution was the army. How should other political parties play a role in shaping Egypt new government/economy without collaboration with corrupt institutions? Not sure this is possible, fire (or if you prefer "purge"What are your thoughts on the Mubarak regime? Unprintable on an all-ages forum.I am pretty moderate on most issues, if that's important. I have recently (re)-read the Communist Manifesto and will start on the Wealth of Nations if that helps. ![]() |

I'm not sure how people perceive my political beliefs in this community but that is probably because I seldom get involved in the political threads.
I do believe passionately in one belief though, a belief taught me by one of my superiors a few yars ago now: NONE OF US IS AS CLEVER AS ALL OF US There is nothing wrong with having an opposing viewpoint or opinion in a debate....what is important is that all parties respect each other during the course of said debate/discussion. That in the vast majority of cases is what happens in this community and makes it stand out above most if not all of the rest. I'll go back to my popcorn now, thank you. ![]() |

However, and this is the kicker, and that's freedom, freedom of expression and political expression and speach. The same sort of freedoms that are rarely expressed in the DPRK or Cuba or China, but the same freedoms that let every Tom, Dick and Harry say what they like, and we just have to let them say it because if we start telling them what to say and what to think then what makes us so different from the communists, national socialists and anarchists? We can both agree on the need for common decency and politeness though, from both sides, and tolerence, however hard it may be, is vital lest we slip down the slippery slope to prejudice and persecution and just ask anyone who has been from a pogrom how much fun that can be. |

It took just one determined cow-boy amerikan to start it all, as he likes to play the 3rd grader game of getting back. I'm glad it would be over too, however its not they'll just keep posting their anti-communist bull****, and never give 2 ****s about the topics of discussion which they proved 10 posts ago

You know, Oberon kinda opened the door for you to start fresh by questioning if you are trolling or trying have an discussion. You kinda blew that opportunity and I'm afraid it's too late now, no matter how much you try to get back on track.
