I hold the opinion that it is my right, duty and responsibility to be armed and i believe i should be prepared to defend those rights whatever the cost may be. i think thats a fair opinion to have.

It would be. But, as an anti-gun advocate, I would say that banning guns would cause even more suffering.


It would seem we have a dilemma here. Almost all shootings are caused by criminal organizations or mentally disabled people. Criminals are, needless to say, already illegal. The route that would please most would be to improve mental healthcare, and ban mentally disabled people from having guns.

But, if we did that, we would be stripping people of a constitutional right, effectively reducing them to second-class citizens!

There is only one way to do this. I hope we find out what it is.
