I don't suppose you know of a UK release date for your book?
I just looked on Amazon.co.uk and there was no mention of you.
Also, is Subsim supported by Amazon.co.uk?
If not, I can always get it from Amazon.com.

As far as UK. A colleague of mine discovered her book offered by B&N in Birmingham several months after release in USA. So info on this is sketchy.

It takes a while for listing of a book to work its way down the distribution pipeline. What does help is public demand for the book (by ordering). It also helps to have the ISBN number handy when ordering.

ISBN 10: 0-9800733-4-0
ISBN 13: 978-0-9800733-4-8

I appreciate every single order as this kicks the book's rating from over two millionth on Amazon up closer to the top of the heap and draws attention of the book sellers who then begin stocking.

Reviews will begin drifting in a week or so, I hope. One reviewer called me saying she was very excited by the book. Then she was taken ill and is in hospital now

Publisher told me that pre-release orders in USA are encouraging.
