Lame!
This ship and the Iowa(the one with a some dmg ability) is all I play in this game.....Still...Im so LAME
 The bismark was pretty good to but I cant use it and the Yamato. Love the Surface Ships!!! Wish it would get updated though

If you go to the previous page, close to the bottom, is the link for the ship here at Subsim. Just tried it, and it downloads fine.
