Donald Sumpter is set to be in the next episode as 'The President', makes me wonder if his characters full name will be

 

Borusa

After all, he bears a strong resemblence to the other actors to have played that role. He's also already been in Doctor Who twice before.

Having read Engines of War, I doubt Borusa is coming back. Probably just another stuck-up Time Lord.

But, I wonder who the Hybrid is? Yes, the Doctor said "The hybrid is me", but Ashildr calls herself 'Me', and she's a hybrid.

 

And in the trailers, the general says that the Hybrid is a mix of two warrior races. The Vikings were warriors, and so were the Mire, and Ashildr is a Viking with Mire technology implanted in her.

Nah....You should know the writers and their tricks by now.

I though that the cardinal is friezed in Rassilion tomb, after the events in The Five Doctors!

Indeed, and The Master was

 

pushed into the Eye of Harmony

...but he got better.

 

The Time Lords brought the Master back as a weapon in the Time Wars, they could well have brought the Cardinal back too

for some reason. Although what happened to

 

Rassilon after he got shoved back into the portal in 'The End of Time' by the Master is anyones best guess, probably got eaten I'd imagine.

This must be what working on a CIA document feels like, so many

experimented on by Rassilon in the Dark Tower, and is forced into a torturous existence where he sees all of time at once.
