Just look for the Chief Engineer speech files relating to speed changes... the bell sound is attached to them in GWX.

In my opinion you don't need to apologize to the LSH3 team. My question was only if I could combine GWX 3.0 and LSH3 together. You gave a correct answer. Two installations.
