Well I'm not just doing the D class submarine, I'm doing the entire history of the development of submarines in the 20th century. So far mostly I've written about the cold war stuff but now I have to fill in the WWI and WWII stuff in the beginning.

If you're interested, while I was at the subsim meet, I did a whole bunch of research on the Holland boats. I took photos of some original blueprints, diaries, while at the submarine museum library in Groton.

Thanks but I think I'll pass.

I have about 30 books here as research material and I need to draw the line somewhere.

Oh I'll post a thread asking for volunteers when I'm done.
