If the 3d objects that make up harbors could be extracted, removing items would be an easy fix for some areas.

You start where the Argonne or the Cummings are docked, bottom center. The submarine base is bottom right, between the Sumner and the Pelias.

Here is a good picture of the submarine base:

The U-shaped building in the center is the Pacific Fleet HQ.

The amazing thing is that a quick google shows many images taken of PH in October and November, 1941.

My peeve with how awful PH looks in game is that they obviously spent a lot of work building the PH harbor objects. If t had been built with a few standard object they already had, I might complain a little, but they went to TROUBLE to make PH so terrible.

The same is true of Midway. Again, had they stuck a very small pacific harbor object on, that'd be it. that's what they had to work with, wasn;t worth the effort to decorate every single little atoll realistically. But no, they actually built 2 substantial custome objects for Midway, both of which are horrible and nothing close to reality—and reality is a few clicks on google away. (and NOT google earth since we don;t really way 2007 versions, do we?)

Well, if TWO cranes is good, and looks like PH, then TWENTY will look even MORE like PH!
