Ammunition ships!

They go up like a fireworks factory.

i like the Liberty for the way she turns upside down before sinking and any ship that could sink that way in a more general way

Everything wich can be consider valide targets, return to base with no torpedos or amunitition aboard, mission complete, and my crew alive and in good health!

Troop Transports are great. Easy tonnage and I hate tankers. They. Burn and burn and burn but don't sink

Nothing says appropriate like a 3 tube Salvo launched toward a sloop...

Small tankers of 3000 tons (This is from SH5, sorry)
There's just something about the way they sink!

Large Merchants. And easy 10k for the logs, but if I ever spot a whale factory,...I swear I'll put every torpedo I have into it.

Edit. Whaling is just wrong, so I'd single a whale factory ship out even if a better target were to present itself.

Also, I've just come across the single ship I wish I had not. RMS Titanic (VonDos's). Some 46k tonnes...And I cannot fire on her.
