Mate, I think that what you've just said... is the bit that GWX users will never fully understand about the team and the project.

Even when tired, cranky, and impatient... we all kept going because none of us wanted to be the weakest link in the chain.

When everyone depends on everyone to get the job done... failure becomes an unthinkable thing. It simply isn't a viable option.

Yeah sure it is just a game... but the people on the team are real.

Once a teamer polishes a bit and hands it to the other... ya just can't lay it down until your own bit is done.

Regarding the testing crew... I think that in many ways, their work was more important than the dev team's work. I think it is often easier to make changes than it is to test those changes in-game. Testing is tedious and boring. Once an objective is reached... its 'reload and check on the next item' week after week after week.

... An amazing team?

... Hell yes! You bet your boots!
