Without question, they got another one shipped out next day, and on top of it, said I could keep the damaged one too! I had spare parts for free!!!! They treated me great. I'll tell you something, when I started buying on the internet almost a decade ago mostly on amazon and then on play.com I was amazed at the courtesy those shops had versus the customer.
Very rarely some books got lost from amazon, or a dvd came faulty from play.com and they either refunded me or issued a new dvd/book.
This kind of customer service is unheard of in italy , the italian motto is screw your customers, the more the better.

Well, still no laptops. A little complaining on the phone got me WXGA screens as a free upgrade and expedited delivery, so all is not bad though.
