I prefer right to left, because 0-90 is easier to work with than 360-270 (I use manual targeting with a torpedo bearing chart a lot)

When its comes to convoys I prefere to try to attack head on creeping around the escorts and getting amongst the convoy then attack from within.
For vessels sailing independantly, or straglers, I prefere to attack from the front and perpendicular to their course. Their course crossing port to starboard or vice versa doesn't matter to me really. ![]() |
