I had a topic about the GWX XXI, a while ago.
In a PM, I asked Kpt.Lehmann if they had any plans to improve this Uboat further...he said they were quite busy (as always, lol), and he couldn't promise anything.

I'm afraid the situation hasn't changed as far as I am aware
 Everyone over at GWX is working extremely hard at the moment on the forthcoming release

Try set depth to 12-13 meters and you'll have a couple of metres to play with if the bouancy desides to go negative or positive
