About crew management:
Resting and getting tired only happens at a time compression of 32x or less.
Time compression of above 32x (can only be done in F5 map view) will not affect the crew.

1. When in Uzo or periscope view, click, or is it doubleclick:hmm: , where it says Ship on the notepad. That will open the rec. manual on the relevant page for the ship you are looking at

2. Having an medic in quarters is said to speed up the recovering of tired crew members, medals and promotions will make your crew less tired.
