"Synchronization" in Options ????

Mowinz, I think, it simply means, that your game is synchronized then with the refresh rate of your monitor to avoid some graphical anomalities.

OK thanks! This game has a pretty good learning curve! After a few hundred hours of gameplay...I'm just getting started in manual targeting! Oh no!
