"Synchronization" in Options ????
 

I'm looking through the manual and do not see what this does or means. Can anyone please fill me in. It is checked in my in game Options.

I'm totally clueless.

Mowinz, I think, it simply means, that your game is synchronized then with the refresh rate of your monitor to avoid some graphical anomalities.

Hello, my mod list is pretty extensive and in the port by clicking on the map I have a CTD (after leaving the port I have no more CTD´s).

I want to ask, that will me help turn in the options "synchronization" on (now is off).

It wouldn't hurt to try this; however, I think you have a RAM problem. You might try GameBooster or AlacrityPC to free up memory. Using a lite harbor traffic mod might be your best bet however.
Also, graphic mods could be the culprit; you might try disabling some to see what happens.
