I was unable to run SH3 for eight long, long months (computer crash) so when I got this new machine a week or so back and got back into the game, I took the advice of many and went straight into GWX. Since then I've been looking for the "praise GWX" thread between sessions, but was always too tired to look hard! I sincerely hope that the GWX team members and all their wives, girlfriends, helpers, contributors and general supporters continue to receive unbounded praise from each new Kaleun who installs their amazing mod. There really ought to be some new word other than mod to describe this incredible piece of work, it doesn't simply add to an existing game or improve an existing game in some minor way - GWX makes SH3 an entirely new experience. I work from home, so am in the nice position of being able to dive back into SH3 (pun intentional) whenever I feel inclined to, so the developers are to blame for me being so far behind with my REAL work! If you don't have GWX installed, do it now. Right now. It'll astound you whilst scaring the c**p out of you at the same time! GWX team? You have my total admiration.

Yes the GWX mod is the one of the reasons people have held off SH4 or come back. It just takes the game to the next level and make it what all gamers desire, A great game made even better!

I remember whne it came out. I think the rush to download crashed the Filefront website due to the traffic. It also set records for traffic in the forum.

After playing Vallina SH3 for so long and then switching to GWX, I realized that I should have come over sooner.

Enjoy the mod, as it's one of the best out there.

Sounds familiar.

My advise - stay submerged and under her radar.
