I was a bit disappointed to find this not patched yesterday too, but it's not the end of the world...it just takes a little more time to get the speed.

Here's what I've done (can't take credit for it, instructions are here on the forum):
  • Make a mark with the pencil underneath the target's current position
  • Start the stopwatch and let it run for 3 minutes
  • Make a mark under the target's current position
  • Using the compass, measure the distance between the two marks. This will give you a distance in nautical miles.
  • Multiply the distance by 20 and you'll have your speed in knots - Imperial or Metric won't make a difference here.
The targets running at "Medium" last night were covering .5nm in 3 minutes. .5 X 20 = 10 knots. Easy, sneezy, Japaneezy!
