Brag, I find this a really good reminder when restarting. Especially as I like to tangle with the enemy up close.
U179 went down this way. Previously damaged by aircraft in early mission, a month later when almost home I had to evade 3 DDs . Nicely done, but a little more damage. Boof! at 245m while drifting down. I have the damage % turned off, so life can be a little exciting at times. The crew looked VERY nervous right before U179 imploded
