Default [WIP] Floating Mine

Moin,

I´ve build a floating mine. It´s floating, but it´s dud. It doesn´t explode, even if I use the same *.zon data as the NavalMine from the LIBRARY folder.

I started tracing.
  • NavalMine.zon calls different explosion effects.
  • EXPLOSSIVE seems to be the referrer.
  • NavalMine.dat belongs to MinfieldDummy.dat.
  • MinefieldDummy.dat is defined as static object
  • SH3Controllers.act contains info about EXPLOSSIVE
  • In SH3Controllers.act EXPLOSSIVE seems to be used for StaticObjects only
There are two StaticObjects (Ordnance) in SHIII, type500 (Minefield) and type501 (AntiSubNet). I can make the subnet explode when hit, but I can not create an additional StaticObject. I´ve added type502, but for some reason the MissionEditor classified it as additional MN (Minefield). I need to know where the link between MinefieldDummy and NavalMine is stored.
Any ideas???

Regards,
DD

@DD,

I think UBOAT234 sent me a link to something like that
but I must have dumped it.
Check with him.

Hmm, maybe this will work.
I'm gonna check it out for the template ability.
