Let me rephrase..

Can I lock the target, press the fire button, AND RIGHT AWAY!! BEFORE THE TORP IS ACTUALLY OUT OF THE SUB, Unlock and dive, or lower the scope?

Meaning do I have to wait until the torp is acutally out..
