In the Chapter called "New Game Behaviors" for GWX Manual V1.03 is a section called "Additional Charts, Handbooks, and Tools." This section is organized into the following three sub-sections (so to speak):

• Stopwatch repeater
• Navigation Map
• Attack Periscope, Observation Periscope, and UZO View

You should find the information you wanted in here. While you're at it, please feel free to suggest any improvements or clarifications that would have made it easier for you to find and use these features. They would be most welcome.

I must say, though, that the manual is still playing catch-up with all the GWX content; for example, the entire "Additional Charts" section didn't appear until the most recent version. If you find something in GWX that isn't yet in the manual please let me know and I'll try to discuss it in the next version.
