Just because you can hear the "ping" doesn't mean he has picked you up. On several occasions I could hear them pinging and then dropping DCs several hundred meters away from my position.
If it goes like ping.............ping..............ping, he is just looking around, not necessery in the right place. If you hear PING...PING...PING...PING, then he likely has you. |
