Video card SLI question

To run SLI all you need is two video cards with the same core (G71 for the 7900GT/GTX, G70 for the 7800GT/GTX/GTX 512) and a PSU capable of powering both. You can have different amounts of memory even.

That 8800 will destroy even 7800GT SLI if I'm correct.

It is also VERY important to ensure your motherboard supports SLI.

Most people (excluding BIOS hackers) won't try to run SLI on a non-SLI mobo.

That is correct some people online had dual 7950's and bought the 8800 and they said it blew away any dual SLI cards out there. My order shipped yesterday I cannot wait to get this damn card in, I have oblivion but dont play it but I will check that game out to see the difference.
